Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in original condition.
- The item must include original packaging and accessories.
- Items damaged due to customer use are not eligible for return.
Return Request Process

- Order number
- Product information
- Reason for return
- Photos if the product has quality issues
After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is caused by product quality issues, incorrect items, or shipping damage, CHUNPAN will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
